MainPRO (Mountain Area Information for Nonprofits) is a series of free or inexpensive learning experiences that will help nonprofit organizations in Avery, Mitchell, and Yancey Counties and surrounding areas meet many of the challenges the face on a regular basis.

It is a collaborative service of the AMY Foundation Center, a Cooperative Collection of the Foundation Center, The Foundation for Mitchell County, The Yancey County Foundation, WNC Nonprofit Pathways, and Mayland Community College.

Sponsored by a coalition of groups dedicated to improving our community by working with nonprofit organizations: The Small Business Center of Mayland Community College, The Foundation Center Cooperating Collection of AMY Regional Library, The Foundation for Mitchell County, and The Yancey County Foundation.
