For Friday, Jan. 21, Spruce Pine Library is CLOSED until the driveway and parking lot is cleared. Avery Morrison Library opens at 9AM Mitchell County Library opens at 9AM Yancey County Library opens at 10AM Please keep in mind that our parking lots, steps, and entry ways may still be covered in snow and ice in some spots.
